This is one recipe which i made couple days back and it was spectacular. It is so easy than you imagine. I am sure that everyone who eats this will be thinking that you have been spending hours making this dish. But it is just matter of minutes. You can make this and eat this in under an hour.

I used canned peaches for this recipe. And i am telling you, it is one of the best ingredient to have on hand. Because canned peaches taste as yummy as fresh ones and it is less work.
Few reason why i choosed canned peaches are..The can is one of the best
ways to get food from farm to table โ€“ locking in nutrients at the peak of
ripeness just hours after picking..Using canned fruits and
vegetables is a great way to add vitamins and minerals to your meals.. Cans help you save prep time
and get a healthy meal on the table more often..
ยท

This is one of the best way to use up your canned peaches and it creates a really tasty desert for your meal..Check other cans get you cooking and Safeway & Albertsons too..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 35 to 40 mins
Serves : 4

Ingredients:
Canned Peaches – 6 peach halves sliced ( i used delmonte)
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 3/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup + 3 tblspn for topping
Milk – 1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter – 60 grams melted
Vanilla Icecream for serving

(My 1 cup measures 240 ml)
Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degree c.

Drain the canned peaches through a sieve. Take 6 peach halve and slice them pretty thick. I slice each peach halve into three slices. Set aside.
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Set aside.
Take flour, baking powder, sugar, milk in a bowl and mix well to a smooth batter.
Take a baking dish, pour the melted butter in the  pan.
Pour the batter in, dont mix the batter with butter.
Arrange peaches over the batter. Sprinkle the top with sugar.
Pop this in oven and bake for 35 to 40 mins.
Remove it and let it cool for 10 mins.
Scoop a generous portion in a plate and serve with icecream.
Pictorial:
I prefer to use canned peaches in this recipe..It taste just
divine and it is as easy as opening a can
open a can
drain the peaches
now lets slice them
slice them pretty thick
all done
Now take your other ingredients…
JUST BASIC INGREDIENTS
Start by melting the butter..take butter in a sauce pan
melt it down
take flour in a bowl
add in baking powder
and sugar
mix well
pour in milk
give a good mix
now take a pan in which you are going to make the cobble..
pour the melted butter in
now pour the batter in
just give little swirl around
dont mix it..
now arrange the peaches
now take some sugar
sprinkle it generously over the peaches
time to bake
now it is all baked and bubbly and gorgeous
Time to serve
scoop a generous portion
place it in a plate
