Eggless Strawberry Cake Recipe
Anyone enjoy baking with berries, specially strawberries, it is my favorite ingredient to add in a cake. I have baked few cakes and cupcakes using strawberries. Wanted to share a basic eggless strawberry cake recipe for a long time so made it few days back and the cake was a super hit.

How to Make Eggless Strawberry Cake
- Grease a 8 to 10 cm cake pan with oil and dust with flour. Set aside. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Take all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Add strawberries in a blender and puree till smooth. Set aside.
- Take sugar, oil, yogurt in a bowl and mix well till creamy.
- Add in strawberry puree and mix well.
- Add the flour mix and fold gently. Spoon this into the cake pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
- Remove from oven and cool completely.
- Now slice them in half and decorate with your favourite frosting.
- Serve.

Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¾ cup 90 grams
- Sugar - ½ cup 100 grams powdered
- Oil - ¼ cup 60 ml
- Yogurt - Curd - ¼ cup 60 ml
- Baking Powder - ½ tsp
- Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¼ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Strawberries - ½ cup pureed
- 1 batch Cream Cheese Frosting

you can cook longer. each oven will vary. if it is getting too dark in the top, cover the top with foil and continue cooking

You have mentioned 1 cup means 250 ml(that means 250 gram). so in the recipe you have used 3/4 cup. how it will be 90 grams then?I measured maida in 90 ml cup.and cake is so small
