Strawberry Mousse Recipe step by step pictures

Start by making the whipped cream..cut open a
    packet of whipping cream,
     i used milkymist fresh cream
    pour it into a bowl
The cream which you use should be cold
now use a electric beater and start whipping
    whip baby whip..
it will get thick as you go on
At one point you will see the cream getting thick like this,
please stop whipping now..If you continue at this point,
your whipped cream will split and you will get butter from it
I whipped it till soft peaks..
Now measure and take all your ingredients
Start by making the custard..take custard powder
    in a sauce pan
    add in milk
Mix well, so no lumps are formed
    add in sugar
mix again to dissolve the sugar..
Heat it on low heat so the custard is thick..
Remove this from fire and cool it
Now take some chopped strawberries in a blender

    add in some sugar
make it into a rough puree..i left it little chunky
I just kept on stirring the custard now and then,
so it cools faster plus they stay smooth without any lumps..
Pour the cooled custard into a bowl
    add the strawberry puree
along with a dash of vanilla
    mix it through
Now add in some of the whipped cream
    fold it gently

    all done
    take a serving glass
    fill with strawberry mousse
chill it for a hour or so
before serving, spoon over some of the strawberry sauce..I reserved few spoons of strawberry sauce when i blended it
    serve
I topped it with some fresh cut strawberries
    enjoy
    so creamy
