This recipe is so easy to put together, just take few ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth, now what you have is a delicious thick, creamy, fresh mousse..YUM YUM..You can fill this in small glasses, but i just poured it in one tall glass and we both (hubby & me) enjoyed it..
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 1 or 2
Ripe Mangoes – 1 cup peeled and chopped
Cream – 1/4 cup ( I used 25% fat fresh cream)
Sugar – 3 tblspn
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Method:
Take all the ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour it into glass and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve.
You will need mangoes, cream, sugar and vanilla |
Take your ripe mangoes |
Peel off the skin |
Chop them |
Measure them, you need approximately 1 cup of chopped mangoes |
now measure 1/4 cup of cream |
take mangoes in a blender |
add in cream |
add in sugar |
a dash of vanilla goes in |
blend them to a smooth puree |
it is thick, moussey and delicious |
Take your favourite glass |
fill with the delicious mousse |
Top with some chocolate sprinkles |
Chill for couple of hours |
Serve |
