Instant Mango Mousse Recipe / Eggless Mango Mousse Recipe

 I am in mousse mood, recently i shared my chocolate mousse recipe which was a super hit with you all..So i thought why not share a simple mango mousse, since mangoes are in season…

This recipe is so easy to put together, just take few ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth, now what you have is a delicious thick, creamy, fresh mousse..YUM YUM..You can fill this in small glasses, but i just poured it in one tall glass and we both (hubby & me) enjoyed it..
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 1 or 2

Ingredients:

Ripe Mangoes – 1 cup peeled and chopped
Cream – 1/4 cup ( I used 25% fat fresh cream)
Sugar – 3 tblspn
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp

Method:

Take all the ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.

Pour it into glass and chill for 2 to 3 hours.

Serve.

Pictorial:
You will need mangoes, cream, sugar and vanilla
Take your ripe mangoes
Peel off the skin
Chop them
Measure them, you need approximately 1 cup of chopped mangoes
now measure 1/4 cup of cream
take mangoes in a blender
add in cream
add in sugar
a dash of vanilla goes in
blend them to a smooth puree
it is thick, moussey and delicious
Take your favourite glass
fill with the delicious mousse
Top with some chocolate sprinkles
Chill for couple of hours
Serve

    @Anonymousit is regular ripe sweet mangoes

    If one uses tinned mangoes instead of fresh, should the quantity of sugar be decreased?
