2 Ingredient Pineapple Mousse Recipe with Step by Step Pictures.

Instant Pineapple Mousse needs just 2 ingredients to make. All you need is 2 ingredients instant jelly packets and cream. Both ingredients when whipped creates a magical mousse.

Ingredients

  • Whipping Cream - 1 cup check notes
  • Instant Jelly Packets - 1 packet I used pineapple
  • Fresh fruits as needed

Instructions

  • take both ingredients in a bowl and whip till thick and creamy. If you are using whipping cream powder, add cold milk or cold water and whip
  • Spoon this into bowls.
  • Chill this in fridge overnight.
  • Serve.

Notes

1)Instead of whipping cream, use whipping cream powder. If you use powder, add cold milk or cold water to whip.
