    Eggless tender Coconut Ice Cream Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is prepared using tender coconut flesh and tender coconut water. It is very tasty and creamy.

    Eggless Tender Coconut Ice Cream

    Tender coconut is one of my favorite flavours, they are so tasty and refreshing. I used to order this whenever we visit ibaco. One day when i saw few tender coconut lying in the house, i decided to try this ice cream. Luckily i had cream and condensed milk on hand.

    Ingredients for Eggless Tender Coconut Ice Cream

    • Cream - 1 cup ( I used Amul 25% fat fresh cream)
    • Tender Coconut Flesh - from 2 coconut
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup to ¾ cup
    • Sugar - ½ cup
    • Tender Coconut Water - 1 cup

    I made this and when i tasted it, i just couldn't believe. It was so creamy and so delicious, this is one of the best ice cream i ever made and ever tasted. It was so fresh.

    How to Make Eggless Tender Coconut Ice Cream

    1. Take ¾th of the tender coconut in a blender, add in sugar, condensed milk and coconut water and puree till smooth. Take this in a bowl.
    2. Chop the remaining ¼ of the tender coconut flesh and chop it finely. Add it to the mix.
    3. Now in the same blender, take cream and whip it few times.
    4. Now pour this into the mix and give everything a good mix.
    5. Pour this in a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
    6. Scoop and serve.

    Eggless Tender Coconut Ice Cream Step by Step

     
     
    Take your ingredients

     

    Take tender coconut flesh in a blender

     

    add in sugar

     

    add in sweetened condensed milk

     

    YUM

     

    add in coconut water

     

    puree till smooth

     

    pour it into a bowl

     

    i added some finely chopped tender coconut in this as well

     

    now take cream in the same blender

     

    whip it few times..dont over whip, else it will curdle

     

    pour this over the coconut mix

     

    mix well

     

    pour it in a freezer safe bowl and freeze for 6 to 8 hours

     

    Scoop and serve

     

    So delicious, so creamy and full of tender coconut flavour..

     

    Believer it or not, i loved it so much, that i finished half of the container..

      Can you post any ice cream receipe for toddler without milk/cream/eggs.

      Can i use coconut cream instead of fresh cream in this recipe? Also what might be the substitute for condensed milk?

      Hi aarthi tried ur tender coconut ice cream, taste was excellent but the texture was not creamy and it was icy and looked like granita. Is there a way to make it creamy.
