Gluten Free Orange Cake Recipe

Gluten Free Orange Cake or Gluten Free Almond Flour Cake Recipe.

This Gluten–Free Vegan Orange Cake is moist and fluffy, fresh and citrusy and filled with orange aroma! Refined sugar free. This gluten free orange cake is one of the best cakes I’ve ever made with no trace of gluten! No one will ever know it’s gluten free! Honest!

A delicious and moist flourless orange almond cake made with whole orange zest  and almond meal! A simple gluten–free dessert that everyone will love for sure.

Gluten free orange cake is made easily using very minimum ingredients. I used almond flour in this cake recipe and the cake  turned out super moist. Almond flour cake is made using ground almonds. You can grind almonds to get almond flour. I simply use frozen almonds and take it in a blender and powder till fine. Check this almond flour recipe

Gluten Free Orange Cake Recipe is made using almond flour, honey and orange. Moist cake made using almond flour.

Ingredients

  • Almond Flour - 1 1/2 cup 145 grams
  • Honey - 1/2 cup 120 grams
  • Orange Zest - from one orange
  • Eggs - 3
  • Vanilla or Orange essence -1 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
  • Mix eggs, honey together. Add vanilla, almond flour, baking soda and orange zest.
  • Spoon this into parchment lined pan or muffin pans. Bake for 20 to 30 mins.
  • Remove and cool.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

1) If you want keto, Skip honey will any keto sugar and thats it.
2)I used homemade ground almond flour.
3)You can pour the batter in loaf pan and bake. Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
4)You can bake in any cake pan.
