Gluten free orange cake is made easily using very minimum ingredients. I used almond flour in this cake recipe and the cake turned out super moist. Almond flour cake is made using ground almonds. - Almond Flour - 1½ cup (145 grams)
- Honey - ½ cup (120 grams)
- Orange Zest - from one orange
- Eggs - 3
- Vanilla or Orange essence -1 tsp
- Baking Soda - ½ tsp
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Mix eggs, honey together. Add vanilla, almond flour, baking soda and orange zest.
- Spoon this into parchment lined pan or muffin pans. Bake for 20 to 30 mins.
- Remove and cool.
- Slice and serve.
