    Grilled Chicken Legs Recipe

Many of my viewers have been asking for chicken recipes..Its been a while since I posted chicken recipes. So here I am with an awesome simple chicken dish that taste heavenly. I made this last week  for dinner and we had it with some Butter Naan, I had a recipe for Wheat Naan in my blog, you can try that too. My sisters loved it so much and they told me to make it again. This can be made in a barbeque or grill, since I don’t own one. My little OTG oven helped me.

How to Make Grilled Chicken Legs Recipe

    Marination

Blend all ingredients given in the marination list to a puree. Slit the chicken and pour this marination over the chicken and allow it to marinate overnight or upto 3 hours.

    Baking

Place a wire rack over the baking tray and place the chicken over that. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F. Place this chicken in to the oven Bake it for 20 mins. Flip it over after 20 mins and cook for another 30 mins on other side. Serve garnished with cilantro.

Chicken looks very spicy and very tempting. One small suggestion for you. i think you have used the ginger with its skin. i read in an article we should not use fresh ginger with its skin. it is sometimes poisonous. so just scrap the skin of ginger and use it.

@ramyaChicken breast tends to get chewy and touch when cooked for too long. Since it gets cooked quicker, you have to reduce the cooking time while you cook chicken breast
