Grilled Chicken Wrap recipe with step by step pictures. This is a delicious chicken wrap loaded with juicy chicken, veggie, mayo sauce and some spices.
Grilled Chicken Wrap
This has become my favourite wrap, It is so easy to make, I just marinated the chicken with a spicy and easy marinate and grilled it in a tawa. You can grill them in an outdoor grill or a grill pan. The addition of crunchy lettuce gives this wrap its unique taste.
This wrap is pretty easy to make and it taste really healthy and filling. I made this for my hubby and me for lunch and so delicious. This is great to put in your kids lunch box as well, when you are making for kids, reduce the chilli level.
Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Wrap
- Chapati / Roti / Tortilla as needed
- Garlic Sauce or Mayonnaise as needed (Recipe here)
- Chicken Breast - 2 sliced into strips
- Lettuce as needed
- Onion Slices as needed
For Marination:
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 2 tsp
- Garlic - 3 grated finely
- Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
- Oil - 3 tbsp
How to Make Grilled Chicken Wrap
- Mix all the ingredients for marination. Add the chicken and mix well. Leave to marinate for 15 mins or so.
- Now heat a grill pan or tawa, place chicken on it and cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side.
- Meanwhile you can grill the onions on the side of the pan too.
- Now take a chapati, spread some garlic mayo or sauce.
- Place lettuce, chicken and onion and roll it.
- Roll it with some foil.
- Cut it in half and serve

hey
could you please tell that how chicken cooks so fast? as i tried for around 20 mins but still was uncooked. Do you boil it before? I am having this issue most of the times.Please help
