I admire you for making your own bread for this. It looks wonderful. I don't make bread myself, but would be content to serve this inside a tortilla or pita. Nice.

    Hi,
What is the difference between All purpose flour and maidha? both are wheat flour right. Is it fine if i use 2 cup of wheat flour instead of two different type of flour?

@Sarumathy BalasingamNo both are different. U can make it with only wheat flour. Adding maida gives the elasticity to the roti
