Spiced Potato Fry Step by Step

 
ingredients
 
 
Fry the potatoes till crisp

 

Crackle cumin and red chilli in oil
 
 
add some garlic in it..Fried garlic taste great
 
 
now throw cashews
 
 
and your sesame seeds
 
 
add some chilli powder
 
 
sugar and salt
 
 
add your potatoes
 
 
Sprinkle some chat masala powder
 
 
Toss well...
 
 
SERVE..

    I've already made this twice. My family loves the spicy fries, and I really like the addition of cashews and garlic. I served it with pinapple pulisery, like you suggested, and it was awesome together.
