Homemade Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

The dressing which you use in salad makes it wonderful. There are so many salad dressing which taste just yummy. I will be soon share the various version of it. This is my first and favourite salad dressing. It is a creamy mayo based dressing and is just yum. 

GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD…I used this dressing in this wonderful salad. Take a look at it..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Makes : 3/4 cup of dressing


Ingredients:

Mayonnaise – 1/2 cup
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tblspn
Onion – 3 tblspn finely chopped
Garlic – 1 cloves minced
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp or to taste
Vinegar – 1 tsp or to taste
Gherkins – 3 to 4 tblspn finely chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp or to taste


Method:

Mix all the ingredients well. Taste and adjust seasoning and sugar.

Cover and chill in fridge for atleast 30 mins before using so the flavours will blend.

Use as required.

Take all your ingredients
Take mayonnaise in a bowl
add finely chopped onions
Add garlic
add ketchup
add chilli sauce
add vinegar
add in chopped gherkins
add salt and sugar
mix well
refrigerate for atleast 30 mins, so the flavours will deepen
use as needed
