Ingredients

  • Matta Rice - 1 cup
  • Water - 6 to 7 cups

Instructions

  • Wash matta rice atleast 5 to 6 times.
  • Soak rice in water for atleast 30 mins.
  • Bring water to a boil.
  • Add soaked rice and cook for 20 mins on medium heat stiring often. Check whether the rice is done by pressing the rice.
  • Once it is cooked, drain the rice.
  • Serve.

10)Cook

11)Stir occasionally

12)Cook till rice is done

13)Mix often

14)Now rice is done

15)Drain the rice
