The inspiration for this came from a blogger called shital. She shared a recipe for homemade maggi noodles and that inspired me to try out my own version of it. First i decided to try my hands on the taste maker. I was working on the recipe for quite sometime, i kept on tasting the seasoning, added more spices, reduced more spices and finally i settled with this. It taste close to the seasoning mix.
