    Mango Jam

I love making jams, not only it is healthy to make at home. But homemade jams taste really delicious than the store bought kind. This mango jam is so far the best one i have made, it taste like pure mangoes and makes your sandwich even more tasty. Hubby love his jam sandwich a lot when i make it with my homemade jams.

As usual i don't like to add pectin or preservatives in my jam..I make it with just fruit puree, sugar and a dash of lemon juice. The lemon acts as a preservative and also i don't make a whole bunch of jam. I always make a small batch of jam and keep it in fridge, it will last me for a good couple of weeks or even a month. Hope you will try this out and let me know how it turns out for you..

      such a simple recipe!
i make the jam similarly, however i don't puree the mangoes but just dice them into really small cubes as it makes the jam chunky.
      thanks aarthi.
