    Jaggery Tea Recipe | How to Make Tea with Jaggery with step wise pictures.

    Jaggery tea or Sarkkarai chai. This is a healthy drink which is sweetned with jaggery. Not only it taste delicious but is very comforting too.

    This is a very simple tea recipe which i sweetned with jaggery. It is not only healthy but taste delicious too. You can put this as your regular tea recipe too. You can add more or less sweetner as you like. You can add ginger in this as well.

    Ingredients
      

    • Milk - 1 cup
    • Tea Powder - 2 tsp
    • Cardamom - 2
    • Cinnamon - 1 stick
    • Jaggery - to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Take all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.
    • Simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
    • Strain and serve.

    1)Take milk in a sauce pan

    2)Add tea

    3)Add in cinnamon and cardamom

    4)Add in powdered jaggery

    5)Mix well

    6)Bring it to a boil. Simmer for 2 mins.

    7)Strain it.

    8)Done.

    9)Pour it into serving glass

    10)ENjoy
