    Lamb Karahi Gosht Recipe

Tender pieces of meat slow cooked in a kadai or karahi in spices and tomatoes. Usually this is cooked in a kadai and cooked for hours. but cooking it in a pressure cooker to make this in half the time.

Lamb karahi usually needs just a handful of basic ingredients but it is cooked in such a robust masala. Mutton karahi goes well with pulao, roti or naan.
