Lemon Granita Recipe Step by Step

You need just three ingredients, Water, Sugar & Lemons
    Start by zesting your lemons
Just grate the lemon part alone, don't grate the white part,
     it will be bitter..
Now cut the lemons in half
Time to squeeze the juice from them

    Squeeze it out
I got around ¼ cup of lemon juice
Take sugar in a sauce pan
    Pour in water
Heat so the sugar is melted
Now the sugar is all melted
Pour it into a bowl and let it cool
    Add in lemon juice

    Add in lemon zest
    give a good mix

Pour it in a big bowl

     Cover it

     Freeze Overnight

     Now it is all frozen

Use a spoon or fork to scrape it

     Keep on scraping

    all scraped
