    Expert Tips

    • Use fresh and crispy vegetables as they make a crunchy and delicious salad.
    • Chop them into small, bite sized pieces so that it will be easy to toss and eat.
    • Wash, clean and pat dry the vegetables well. Because the moisture in the vegetable makes the salad soggy.
    • For extra crunch, add roasted nuts, seeds or croutons and toss well.
    • Always add the dressing just before serving to keep the salad fresh.
    • For extra protein, add grilled chicken, turkey or grilled paneer, tofu to make the salad even more nutritious and healthy.

    Storage & Serving

You can chop and store the vegetables ahead in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 to 3 days. Mix them just before serving with olive oil dressing.

Serve this crunchy and flavorful garden salad as a side with sandwiches, burger, pasta or grilled vegetables, and meat. It can also be enjoyed as a light meal for lunch or dinner.

Salads can be really tasty. All that lettuce topped with your favorite dressing and sprinkled with other toppings is enough to make your mouth water.
