Ingredients
- 3 cups Lettuce cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup Cabbage cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup Chinese Cabbage cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup Bell Pepper I used red, green & yellow
- 8 no Cherry Tomato cut in half
- 1 no Salad Cucumber large sliced lengthwise and cut into pieces
For Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled & minced
Instructions
- Take a small bottle or a bowl, add all the dressing ingredients in it and shake it or mix well. Set aside.
- Wash all the veggies and prepare them as mentioned.
