1) This cake is not that much sweet, since i made it to have along with tea i didn’t add much sugar. You can increase the amount of sugar.
2)To cut the cake without breaking the cake, just put the loaf in the fridge for couple of hours or in the freezer for 30 mins and then cut it.
3) Every oven varies..So keep a eye on the cake.

|Take all your ingrediants|
|You need a couple of fresh oranges|
|Zest both the oranges and you need juice from one orange|
|Take flour in a bowl|
|add salt to it|
|add baking powder|
|and baking soda|
|mix them well|
|Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and oil the entire tin|
|crack open couple of eggs in a large bowl|
|add sugar to it|
|and some good vanilla|
|add some olive oil|
|and mix well till it gets combined|
|throw in the orange zest|
|and juice some in|
|mix well again|
|add in the flour mixture|
|and mix well|
|Pour this into the tin|
|and bake it|
|Slice and Serve|
