    This is a quick and easy sandwich you can make with paneer and cheese. Great for breakfast or to put in kids lunch box.

    Quick fix recipes which can be made in less than 30 mins to create this delicious sandwich. Great for breakfast, brunch, easy lunch or dinner.

    Making paneer cheese sandwich is super easy. You only need a handful of ingredients.

    These are the ingredients for making a delicious sandwich.

    Bread - use good quality bread. either white bread or brown bread can be used.

    Paneer - homemade paneer can be used.

    Cheese - use mozzarella cheese for the good cheese pull.

    Spices - any spices can be added. indian or italian can be used.

    How to Make Paneer Cheese Sandwich

    • Heat oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a min.
    • Sprinkle salt and spice powders and mix well.
    • Add in ketchup and mix well.
    • Add paneer and mix well.
    • Take bread slice, top with paneer mix, top with onions and cheese and cover with other slice.
    • Toast bread in a pan till golden.
    • Cut into half and serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • Oil - 1 teaspoon + for making sandwich
    • Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
    • Tomato Ketchup - 3 tblspn
    • Paneer - 1 cup crumbled
    • Salt to taste
    • Cheese as needed grated
    • Bread Slices as needed

    Instructions

    Paneer Cheese Sandwich with Step by Step Pictures

    Take all your ingredients

     

    Heat oil in a pan

     

    add onions

     

    saute for couple of mins

     

    add in spice powders

     

    mix well

     

    add some ketchup

     

    mix well

     

    add crumbled paneer

     

    mix well

     

    now time to make the sandwich

     

    spoon some filling over the bread

     

    top with onions

     

    and some cheese

     

    top with bread

     

    heat oil in a pan

     

    toast bread on both sides

     

    remove to a board

     

    cut into half

      I am leaving a harsh comment after thinking twice, before deleting you should think twice. I don't like you because my weight is increasing due to your recipes. I cannot stop myself to eat these things. You are enemy of my smartness.
