    Paneer Pasta Recipe

    Paneer pasta is one of the fastest and easy pasta dish you could ever make. This makes perfect lunch box option as well.

    Just have few jars of pasta sauce on hand. You can whip up this delicious pasta in no time at all. I used my homemade pasta sauce.

    This recipe is perfect to whip up on busy mornings when you have to pack lunch for your kids, all your need is to boil some pasta and mix with the sauce. I recommend packing this pasta in insulated food jar

    How to Make Delicious Pasta Sauce:

    1)Ripe Tomatoes:

    Use ripe and red tomatoes. Red tomatoes adds sweetness to the sauce also adds bright red colour.

    2)Garlic

    If you are a garlic lover, use as much as you like. I love garlic so i add a generous amount of it.

    3)Herbs

    Addition of herbs is your choice. You can add lots of basil, oregano, italian herbs. Each herbs add different flavour.

    4)Seasoning and Balancing Taste

    Add the right amount of sugar, salt to balance the tomato sauce. If your tomatoes are too sour, add little extra sugar. If it is too sweet, skip adding the sugar.

    2. Lots of Garlic
    3. Good Quality Olive Oil
    4. Herbs and Seasonings

    Variations you can make

    1. Add any vegetables as you like
    2. You can add cooked chicken in this too
    3. Add cream in the end if you want to make the sauce creamier
    4. Add in little cream cheese to make it creamier.
    5. Sprinkle cheese if you want to make cheesy pasta
    6. You can make this sauce, pour it in a baking dish. Top with cheese and broil in oven till bubbly.

    Ingredients

    • Dry Pasta - 1 cup
    • Pasta Sauce - 1 cup
    • Paneer - ¼ cup cubed

    Instructions

    • Cook pasta in salted boiling water till cooked.
    • Now heat up pasta sauce, add paneer and mix well. Simmer for few mins.
    • Add in pasta and stir.
    • Serve hot.

    Notes

    Paneer Pasta Step by Step Pictures

    1)Bring water to a boil. Add salt and add in pasta

    2)Cook till pasta is done

    3)Drain and set aside.

    4)Add in pasta sauce in the pot.

    5)Add in paneer cubes

    6)Mix well and simmer for 5 mins.

    7)Add in cooked pasta

    8)Mix well

    9)Serve

    10)Enjoy
