Quail Egg Pepper Roast Recipe with step wise pictures.

Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 tblsp
  • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion - 1 chopped finely
  • Quail Eggs - 15 boiled
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely

Instructions

  • Boil quail eggs for 5 mins, peel them and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  • Add in onions and cook till golden.
  • Add in quail egg and mix well.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • Add in pepper powder and coriander leaves.
  • Mix and serve.
