Ingredients
- Oil - 1 tblsp
- Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 1 chopped finely
- Quail Eggs - 15 boiled
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
Instructions
- Boil quail eggs for 5 mins, peel them and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add in onions and cook till golden.
- Add in quail egg and mix well.
- Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add in pepper powder and coriander leaves.
- Mix and serve.
