This is healthy paniyaram which can be made in minutes. Plus it is really healthy. I made this with ragi flour and wheat flour. First i thought of adding curd in this, then i left that plan and made it with normal water. For softness i added some baking soda. The paniyaram turned out soft and it had a little chewyness which ragi would normally have. For more health benefits i added some spinach too.

Let it sit for 30 mins.
Take all your ingredients |
Add mustard to oil..I used yellow mustard |
add in asafoetida |
add in shallots, chillies and curry leaves |
saute for a min |
add in chopped spinach leaves |
saute well till the raw smell leaves away |
Take ragi and wheat flour in a bowl |
add in baking soda |
salt |
sauted spinach |
pour water |
make it into a batter |
cover it and let it sit for 30 mins |
now it is done |
heat some oil in paniyaram pan |
drop spoonfuls of batter in |
once the bottom turn golden, flip over |
cook for few more mins |
done |
serve |

@Rajiadding soda will make it fluffier. if u skip that then it will be dense
