This is healthy paniyaram which can be made in minutes. Plus it is really healthy. I made this with ragi flour and wheat flour. First i thought of adding curd in this, then i left that plan and made it with normal water. For softness i added some baking soda. The paniyaram turned out soft and it had a little chewyness which ragi would normally have. For more health benefits i added some spinach too.

Let it sit for 30 mins.
|Take all your ingredients|
|Add mustard to oil..I used yellow mustard|
|add in asafoetida|
|add in shallots, chillies and curry leaves|
|saute for a min|
|add in chopped spinach leaves|
|saute well till the raw smell leaves away|
|Take ragi and wheat flour in a bowl|
|add in baking soda|
|make it into a batter|
|cover it and let it sit for 30 mins|
|now it is done|
|heat some oil in paniyaram pan|
|drop spoonfuls of batter in|
|once the bottom turn golden, flip over|
|cook for few more mins|
