Egg paniyaram is made but combining beaten egg with leftover dosa batter which gets a simple tadka. The paniyaram is made in a special pan called as appe pan or kuzhi paniyaram pan.

Anyway i will be sharing that recipe as well in my finger food for babies series. I made this and served it with tomato flax seed chutney and it was super. Will share that recipe soon as well.
