    Ingredients for Veg Chow Mein

    • Noodles - 1 packet / 200 grams
    • Oil - 3 tbsp
    • Ginger - 2 tbsp finely chopped
    • Garlic - 2 tbsp finely chopped
    • Green Chillies - 3 chopped finely
    • Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
    • Cabbage - 3 cups sliced thinly
    • Carrot - 1 medium size juliened
    • Beans - 10 chopped finely
    • Capsicum / Bell Peppers - 1 sliced thinly
    • Spring Onion for garnishing
    • Pepper Powder to taste (optional)

    For Sauce:

    Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
    Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
    Vinegar - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste

Chow mein is always made on high heat so the sauces which you add gets dried up and coats each strands of noodles beautifully without making it clumpy and saucy. I served this with my yummy schezwan chicken drumsticks, will share that recipe soon..
