    Nigella’s Icecream Cake Recipe / No Bake Icecream Cake Recipe

    This is one of Nigella’s Recipe. But She makes this with some entirely different ingredients.I changed the recipe with the available ingrediants over here.The original recipe calls for Honey Roasted peanuts and Chocolate Peanut Butter morsels(WOW),I cant find those amazing things here.So I changed it with Crushed Peanut chikki and chopped Dairy Milk.And she served it with a drizzle of Butterscotch sauce..

    I served it with Chocolate Sauce and a delicious caramel sauce and chocolate sauce... It was heaven in a bite..I made this for a party and it was a huge success..

    Preparation Time : 15 mins

    Setting Time : Overnight
    Serves : 10 to 12
    Ingredients:
    Vanilla Icecream - 1.25 litre
    Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup
    Cadburys 5 Star - 4 
    Peanut chikki / kadalai mittai - 6 to 8 pieces
    Bourbon Biscuit - 10 to 15 pieces
    Caramel Sauce for serving (RECIPE HERE)
    Chocolate Sauce for serving (RECIPE HERE)
    Method:

    Line a large round cake tin with plastic wrap and set aside.

    Crush the Bourbon Biscuit, Peanut chikki, 5 star in to small pieces.
    In a Mixing bowl add in the Icecream and the crushed mixture and mix well.
    Add in the chocolate chips and mix well.
    Tip it in a Freezer bowl and set it in Deep freeze.
    Remove it carefully with the help of plastic wrap and cut into slices.

    Serve with caramel sauce or chocolate sauce

    First take bourbon cookies in a ziploc bag

    bash them up

    some should be little big chunks some can be powder

    add that to the icecream

    take peanut chikki in the same bag

    bash them up

    now it is all broken up

    pour that in as well

    take your 5 star chocolate

    the squidgyness will taste great in the cake

    Take them in freezer bag

    bash them up

    add that to the icecream as well

    add in chocolate chips

    mix well
    Pin
    pour that in the tin

    i got two pan full of this..freeze this overnight

    now take it from freezer

    unmould it
    Pin
    remove the plastic wrap off

    Serve

    Slice yourself a big slice

      Hello!! Great recipe. The same question for this as well.. Do I set it in fridge or freezer.. And if my guests are to come on sat night and I make it by Thursday night and set it.. Wud it be ok? Or wud it get too icy? Or spoil up or sumthing?

      wowww I've always been obsessed with Nigella's ice cream cake and the butterscotch cake but i never gave it a try because of the ingredients. your version looks so good 🙂 . I though of 5 stars too instead of honeycomb bars!!
