    Vegetarian Kari Dosa Recipe

Kari dosa is one of the most popular recipe on the blog. I wanted to make a veg  version of the popular dosa from Madurai so my vegetarian friends can enjoy too. Few months back I made it and took a video of it too. But it took me quite a long time to share it in my blog. Finally I am here with the recipe.

    About Vegetarian Kari Dosa Recipe

Kari dosa is a popular recipe from Madurai. It is often called as Madurai kari dosa. It is usually made by topping spicy minced meat filling over dosa, egg is poured over the dosa and cooked till golden.

This vegetarian version replaced minced meat with minced soya kheema. Egg is skipped too. The end dish is so worth the efforts. Taste good on its own, but you can serve with chutney or sambar too.

Meanwhile don’t miss to check my traditional kari dosa recipe too.
