Blender Cakes are not new trend setter. You add everything to a blender and puree till smooth. Then you fold the dry ingredients, then you pour the whole thing into a baking pan and bake till done. It is super easy.Things you can add in the cake batter.
- Dried Fruits or Nuts
- Coconut
- Chopped dates
- Chocolate Chips of your choice
Egg Replacement for Cakes:
1)For each egg replace it will 1 flax egg. For one flax egg: mix 1 tblsp of flax seed powder with 3 tblsp of water.
2)You can try adding ½ cup of yogurt instead of eggs.
3)You can add 1 mashed banana instead of eggs.

Beetroot Blender Cake Recipe | Whole Wheat Beetroot Cake Recipe
Healthy whole wheat beetroot cake which is made without maida, butter. This whole wheat beetroot cake is best for kids and people who are in diet.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Beetroot peeled and chopped
- ¾ cup Sugar 150 grams
- 1½ cup Wheat Flour 180 grams
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Oil 120 ml
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder 25 grams
- ¼ cup Chocolate chips as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- LIne a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Take all ingredients except wheat flour and baking soda in a blender and puree till smooth.
- Add wheat flour, baking soda and mix gently.
- Add choco chips and mix.
- Pour into baking pan and Top with more chocolate chips if needed.
- Bake for 30 to 40 mins.
- Remove and cool completely.
- Slice and serve.

Notes
- Grind all the ingredients except wheat flour and baking soda in a blender. Dont grind once wheat flour is added else it will make the cake dense.
- You can try adding flax egg instead of regular eggs. Mix 1 tblsp of flax seed powder with 3 tblsp of water. This is equal to 1 egg.
- You can add any chopped nuts or dried fruits in this too.

1)Gather all your ingredients for making the cake.

2)Take chopped beetroots in a blender

3)Puree them coarse

4)Add in oil

5)Add in eggs

6)Add in sugar

7)Add in cocoa powder

8)Add in vanilla

9)Time to blend this up

10)Now it is nice and smooth

11)Add in wheat flour

12)Add in baking soda

13)Fold gently

14)Prepare a baking pan by lining with parchment paper.

15)Pour cake batter in

16)Top with chocolate chips

17)Bake till done

18)Cool completely. Slice and serve.

Hi , I tried your recipe and I had a problem with the aftertaste of oil. Can I use melted butter instead ? Other than that I found it really quick and easy.
