I must have posted this yesterday, since this is a real treat for valentines day..I made this to give it for my sweet heart, but unluckily it got over that say itself..Thanks for my sisters….Hmm... I should make it some other day for him..
This chocolate is so rich, Since it has all nuts available on earth..You can add apricots, dates, walnuts and anything which floats your boat..you can use milk chocolate or any chocolate you like..I used a double boiler for this, but you could melt the chocolate in microwave too..I hope you will try this soon and present it for your loved ones..
Try it and let me know..
Ingrediants:
Dark Chocolate – 350 gms
Cashews – 50 gms / ½ cup
Badam / Almonds – 50 gms / ½ cup
Sultanans / Kishmish – 50 gms / ½ cup
Tutti Frutti – ½ cup ( I used Orange & Green )
Mould of your choice
Butter – 1 tsp for greasing the moulds
Method:
First take whatever moulds you like and grease it with butter.Set this aside for a moment.
Melt the chocolate either in double boiler method or in a microwave. Remove it and set aside.
Chop up all your nuts and dried fruits. Add it to the chocolate and mix well.
Take a spoonful of this and fill your prepared mould and put it in the deep freeze for 1 hour.
Unmould it and keep it in the fridge untill serving.
Enjoy as it is or pack it and give as gifts.
I have two other blogs too..
"Colours of my Life" which is about me and my life... http://coloursofmylife-aarthi.blogspot.com/
"Aarthi's Collections" which is a food blog.. http://aarthiscollection.blogspot.com/

The chocolate looks too thick, dear..it should be of pouring consistency never reaching above 45 degree celcius while cooking.
cool and easy...u seem to be celebrating valentines entire week..keep coming
I always prefer nut chocolates over the plain one, homemade chocolates reminds me the one we get in kodaikanal!Perfect!
wonderful and tatsy dish dear...looks great
Nice recipe dear.Yesterday i saw this recipe in the Tv dear.U make me drooling dear.
HII ARTI, GREAT JOB!!!
WAT SUBSTITUTE WOULD U RECOMMEND FOR TUTI FUITY?
AND HOW LONG DOES IT HAVE TO COOK WITH ALL THE CHOCOLATE AND BADAMS ETC MIXED UP?
@shravanthiyou can use any glaced fruits in stead of tutti fruity or simply leave that off. You don't need to cook it after you have added the nut mixture. Melt the chocolate take it off the heat and add in the nuts and mix well.
