Ginger – 1 cup peeled and cut into pieces
Garlic – 1/2 cup peeled
Green Chilli – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1 tblspn
Oil – 6 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 6 tblspn
Take a blender and add in ginger, garlic, green chilli, turmeric, oil and lemon juice in.
Blend it to a smooth puree.
Store in a air tight container in freezer.
1)Store this masala in a air tight container.
2)If kept in fridge, this can be stored for 4 to 5 days. If kept in freezer, this can be stored for upto 3 to 4 months.
3)You can even freeze these in a icecube trays
