I have been dreaming about this for quite a long time. Finally i made it today and sharing it with you immediately because i couldn’t wait more.
Chocobar is one of my favourite icecream ever, arun icecream is my favourite, i order their almond crunch bars whenever i go to the cafe. It taste so creamy and delicious..
That icecream is the inspiration behind this. I made a simple vanilla popsicles and made a magic shell coating for it. Will share it in a separate post..

Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Chilling Time : Overnight
Makes : 6 popsicles
Cream – 1 cup ( I used amul 25% fat fresh cream)
Full Fat Milk – 2 cup
Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar- 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 2 tsp
For Chocolate Glaze:
Milk Chocolate – 2 cup chopped finely
Coconut Oil – 8 tblspn
Take milk, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well so the sugar is melted.
Now whip cream till lightly thickened. Add in milk mix and whip well.
Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds and insert popsicle stick into it.
Now run the mould under water and remove it carefully. Arrange it in a foil lined tray and freeze.
Now lets make the sauce, the chocolate and oil in a sauce pan, heat on low heat till the chocolate is melted.
Let this cool down, pour this into a cup.
Now take the popsicle and dip it into the sauce just one time. Remove it immediately, it will get frozen at a instant.
1)You have to dip the popsicle into the sauce just once, one dip is all it need. If you over dip it, then the whole sauce will harden.
2)You can pour the sauce into the popsicle in a pattern too. It will harden as soon you pour the sauce over cold icecream.
3)The sauce can be store in a air tight container for more than a month in room temp, dont keep it in fridge, it will get hard.

|Take milk in a jug|
|Add in icing sugar|
|add in vanilla essence|
|Take cream in a bowl|
|now it is little thick|
|add in milk|
|whisk till it is smooth|
|I poured it in a jug|
|this way it is easy to pour in a popsicle mould|
|Take your popsicle moulds|
|pour it in|
|now insert some popsicle stick and freeze|
|now it is completely frozen|
|run the mould in some running water and remove the popsicle, arrange it in a foil lined plate and freeze again|
|Now lets make the outer glaze|
|Take chocolate in a sauce pan|
|add in coconut oil|
|heat on a low heat till it is melted|
|now it has started to melt|
|you can store this in a container in room temp for more
than a month
|I poured the chocolate glaze in a cup|
|took the mould|
|dipped into the glaze|
|Just one dip, if you keep on dipping, then the whole sauce
will start to harden
|Look how it has started to harden|
|You can put this in freezer for 10 to 20 sec|
|I took another one and dipped it into the sauce|
|placed it in the tray|
|You can sprinkle with some chocolate sev|
|or sprinkles before it gets hard|
