    Multigrain Paratha Recipe

Multigrain Paratha Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Wheat Flour, Ragi Flour, Yellow Corn Flour and Oats Flour.

    Multigrain Paratha

This is a healthy combination of multigrains in a paratha form. It is soft, flaky and very nutritious too. You can add millet flour, soya flour or jowar flour in this as well. I didn't have it on hands so i didn't use it.

I made two variations of this paratha, one is a flaky version and another one is normal chapati version. Both are equally good but i like the normal roti version better. This roti or paratha is best served hot with any curries of your choice.
