Horsegram dosa is one recipe which i made few days back and it tasted really delicious. It is healthy and helps in weightloss.

Preparation Time : 30 mins
Soaking Time : Overnight
Fermenting Time : 5 to 6 hours
Serves: 5 to 8
Horsegram / Kollu – 1 cup
Rice – 2 cup
Whole White Urad dal – 1/2 cup
Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam / Methi Seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Wash and soak horsegram, rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds overnight. Drain them.
Take it in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour it into a container and add salt. Mix well and leave to ferment for 5 to 6 hours.
Now make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.
