Hi aarthi ,
I tried this muffin, it came out sooooper…yummy …thanks…
I am very new to baking…my first try with your blog.
I hv few doubts, please advise…u add salt, curd , baking soda in few n not in some of them(cakes/muffins)…what is the difference….
And what shud be batter consistency for cake/bread/muffin.
Thanks…
@appuit depends on each recipe dear..for cakes the texture should be little thin but not too thin. for muffin and bread it has to be thick.
Can I make this with eggs? How many should I use and instead of which ingredient. I don't like taste of eggless cakes.
@Anonymousyou can add egg, 1 egg plus 1/4 cup of milk and leave out yogurt
Can I use whole wheat flour instead of all purpose?
Thanks.
