The breading adds a crisp coating or crust to the exterior of the chicken while retaining juices in the meat.

    Ingredients
      

    • Boneless chicken - 500 grams cubed
    • Coarsely Ground Black Pepper - 1 to 2 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon Juice or Vinegar - 1 tblsp
    • Coriander Leaves - 2 tblsp chopped finely
    • Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tblsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - ¼ cup
    • Cornflour - ¼ cup
    • Oil for deep frying

    Instructions
     

    • Mix all ingredients except oil.
    • Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
    • Drop in hot oil and fry till golden.
    • Drain and serve.
