I am so excited to
share you a good news. I have started my own official Yummy Tummy Bakers and
Catering Services. Check out my facebook page here. But
this is going to be a little serious, i have created a separate page for it.
You can place orders through this page with all the cakes & cookies which i
supply with the price & details, but sadly i can supply only for the folks
who live in my place (nagercoil) . But soon will take it to the next level. So
please like my page & place your orders.

Now coming back to
the recipe. I have already told you my love for fried chicken, but at the
sametime I always love baked chickens too. This one was on my list for so many
months, ever since I saw this on nigella lawsons show. I wanted to try it so
badly, but somehow keeps forgetting. Yesterday when I was going through my todo
list I found this recipe. So immediately I got into actions. Actually I changed
the ingredients a bit and made it to my taste.

I went to my near by
supermarket and bought the stuff which I needed, actually there is not much for
me to purchase. Because the stuffs needed for this recipe is so simple and was
always a standby in my pantry and freezer. I marinated the chicken yesterday
night and just throwed this in the oven today morning. I brought it to my
friends and they all loved it a lot.

I hope you will love it and tell me if you try it someday.

Adapted from: Nigella
Lawson

Simply Awesome. Me too prefer to dip the drumsticks in buttermilk a few hours before marinating. Soft inside, crispy outside. Love it!
    Awesome clicks and presentation.

Plz let me know if the quantity of legs for cooking is reduced from 10 chicken legs to 5 chicken legs than will the time for baking be reduced from 30 minutes to 15 minutes.

No cooking time will be same. Keep an eye on it always because each oven will vary
