Chicken noodles is a popular indo chinese recipe made with chicken, noodles, vegetables, garlic tossed with sauces.

    Chicken Noodles

Making noodles can be pretty easy. I do make them when I cook any indo chinese side dishes like paneer dishes or chicken dishes or anything. They go perfectly with them. Even today i made garlic chicken and chilli chicken, so i also made this noodles to go with them.

    About Chicken noodles

Noodles are made from unleavened dough that is rolled flat and cut, stretched, or extruded into long strips or strings. Noodles can be kept refrigerated for short periods of time or dried and stored for later use.

These are typically cooked in boiling water with the addition of cooking oil or salt. They're also frequently pan-fried or deep-fried. Noodle dishes can include a sauce or be combined with soup. Each type of a wide variety of noodles has its own material composition and geocultural origin. Noodles are a common staple in many
cultures (see Chinese noodles, Filipino noodles, Indonesian noodles, Japanese noodles, Korean noodles, Vietnamese noodles, and Italian pasta).

    Who invented chicken noodles?

The Chinese invented chicken noodle soup, which they called noodles in broth rather than soup, centuries before Campbells canned version became popular.

    Ingredients for Chicken Noodles Recipe

    Egg noodles :
Egg noodles are made from the same ingredients as regular Noodles, but they have more egg mixed in with the wheat and water. This gives them their distinct texture and enables them to withstand heavy cream or butter-based sauces.

    Green Chilli  :
The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.

    Onion:
Onions are considered a basic ingredient or the foundation of Indian cooking and are used to make any gravy, curry, or bhuna dish. The flavour and aroma of onion transforms any ordinary dish into a mouthwatering and delectable one.

    Soy Sauce :
Soy sauce is a traditional Chinese condiment that is widely used in East Asia to add flavour to a variety of cooked foods as well as to aid digestion. This sauce is made from fermented soybean paste, roasted grain, brine, and the mould Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae.

    Eggs

Eggs are very important. it adds taste and texture to the noodles. One of the best tasting part in a noodles is eggs.

    Chicken

I like to use boneless chicken breast which I slice them into thin slices for easy cooking. Adding any masala to the chicken enhances the taste.

    Ginger Garlic Paste

you could use finely chopped ginger and garlic which are actually used.

    Vegetables

veggies like carrot, cabbage and capsicum are added for taste.
