Dates Puree - Sweetener for Babies

    About Dates

Dates are the fruit of the date palm tree, which grows in many tropical areas around the world. Dates have grown in popularity in recent years. Almost all dates sold in the Western world are dried. Experts recommend eating dates daily as a snack to help one feel energised without gaining weight, treat constipation, strengthen immunity, improve brain and heart health, and even prevent diseases like Alzheimers, different types of cancer, or other chronic diseases.

    Who invented dates fruit?

Dates have been cultivated for thousands of years in the Middle East and the Indus Valley, and archaeological evidence of date cultivation can be found in Mehrgarh, a Neolithic civilization in western Pakistan, around 7000 BCE, and in eastern Arabia between 5530 and 5320 BC.

Are dates puree good for babies?

Dates are a healthy dry fruit that is high in essential minerals and nutrients, making them a superfood for babies and growing children. Dates natural sweetness also makes them an excellent sweetener for baby food and a healthy alternative to sugar.

Ingredients for Dates Puree For Babies :

    Dates:
At the most basic level, they're delightful. Dates have a high sugar content, and that sugar becomes more intense as the fruit dries and moisture evaporates. But, contrary to popular belief, dates are not completely dried or dehydrated, despite their wrinkled appearance.
