    About Egg Semiya Recipe

Upma, uppumavu, or uppittu is a breakfast dish from the Indian subcontinent that is most common in Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtrian, and Sri Lankan.

Upma is typically made by lightly dry roasting semolina first (called rava or sooji in India). The semolina is then removed from the heat and set aside while spices, lentils, onion, ginger, and other ingredients are sautéed in oil or ghee. The semolina is then returned to the pan and thoroughly mixed.

Ingredients for Egg Semiya Upma Recipe

    Semiya

Vermicelli and semiya are both low in cholesterol and high in energy and carbohydrates. However, because they are mostly made from maida, they are low in fibre and thus unsuitable for people with heart disease, diabetes, or obesity.

    Green Chilli

The green chillies in cooked or raw form give a fiery hot flavor. To reduce the fiery hot flavor the seeds and inner membranes could be removed which is effective at reducing the heat of the pod.

    Tomatoes

Tomato flavour is frequently described as sweet, tart, tangy, or well- balanced. Tomato flavour is also known as classic tomato flavour or old-fashioned tomato flavour in some cases. Some tomatoes are described as having a mild or bland flavour.
