    Crispy Smashed Potatoes Recipe

I have been seeing this smashed potato recipe all over my feed for a very long time. I wanted to try this so badly so I went and bought a bag of small potatoes. Decided to make this recipe as well as a potato salad recipe which will be shared very soon. This potato turned out so delicious and everyone in the family loved it.

    About Crispy Smashed Potato Recipe

Smashed Potatoes Recipe is made using Small potatoes which are boiled, added to a baking tray, smashed using a small glass jar, tossed with a flavourful oil and baked till crispy. I served my smashed potato with the mayo based dipping sauce and it was so yum.

I think this recipe tasted so good because I used my roasted garlic and the oil for coating the potato. Here is my recipe for garlic confit which I used in this recipe. You can use regular potatoes in this recipe as well but make sure you cut it in half. Use potatoes with skins on so the skin can get nice and crispy. Don't Miss to serve this dish with your favourite dipping sauce I prefer mayonnaise mix with ketchup and a little bit of the roasted garlic.
