    How to Make Egg Less Gulab Jamun Mix Cake

    • Preheat oven to 180 degree c.
    • Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
    • Take flour, gulab jamun mix, baking soda, baking powder, cardamom powder, sugar and mix well.
    • Add in oil and milk and fold gently.
    • Spoon this into baking pan. Spread evenly.
    • Top with chopped cashews.
    • Pop this into the oven and bake for 35 to 40 mins till golden brown.
    • Slice and serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • All purpose flour / Maida - ¾ cup 90 grams
    • Gulab jamun mix - ¾ cup
    • powdered sugar - 1 cup 200 grams
    • Baking powder - ½ tsp
    • Baking soda - ¼ tsp
    • Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
    • Milk - 1 cup 240 ml
    • Oil or Ghee or Melted butter - ¼ cup 60 ml
    • Cashew - 3 tblsp chopped
