    Figs

A tender, ripe fig is heavy with its own syrupy liqueur, which drips out of its base if you leave it too long. The flavour is honey-like sweetness with a subtle hint of berry and fresher shades of a cookie flavour.

    Chia Seeds

Chia seeds have a mild flavour that absorbs the flavour of whatever food or beverage they are mixed with. When they are mixed with liquid, they expand several times their original size and form a gelatinous coating that is easy to swallow and digest. Chia seeds can be added directly to liquid-containing products such as juice or yoghurt.
