    Fig jam

I love making jams, not only it is healthy to make at home. But homemade jams taste really delicious than the store bought kind.Whenever i see some overly ripe fruits lying around i make jam out of them. I never waste anything. Sometimes i even buy fruits to make jam..This is one jam which i made like that.

Figs are really good for you..I made this jam for amma. I decided to add little sugar to it. Thought of adding jaggery in this, but i ran out of it..So i added demerarra sugar and it turned out yummy..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
