This is a plain version, will share different version of this soon.

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Resting Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 1 to 2 min per paratha
Serves : 4

Ingredients:

For Dough:
Wheat Flour / Atta – 2 cup + extra if needed
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tblspn
Water as needed
Ghee for frying and making paratha

Method:

Start by making dough, take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour.

Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.

Divide it into equal balls.

Take one ball, spread it, apply ghee, fold it, apply ghee again, fold again, spread like paratha.

Pan fry the paratha in hot tawa by applying some ghee on both sides till golden.

Another way of making is, take a ball, spread it, apply some ghee, roll it like a cylinder, now roll the cylinder into a spiral. Spread it and Pan fry the paratha in hot tawa by applying some ghee on both sides till golden.

Serve with a extra dollop of ghee.

Pictorial:
First lets make the dough..Take wheat flour in a bowl
add in some salt
drizzle in some oil
use your hands to rub it well
this makes sure that the oil is mixed in with
the flour nicely
pour in water and start kneading
add more water as needed
you should be keep on kneading the dough till you
get a soft smooth dough like this
cover the dough and let it rest for 30 mins..
Now divide it into equal portions..
Take a ball
Roll it into round
apply a tsp of ghee..
spread it evenly
fold it
spread some more ghee..OFCOURSE WE ARE MAKING GHEE PARATHAS…
fold again
now time to roll this
roll it
put it on a hot tawa and let it cook till the top dries a little
Flip over, apply some ghee
flip again and apply some more ghee..DONE
This is another way of making it.
spread some ghee
now roll it
keep rolling
once it is rolled
roll like this
Keep rolling
now it is rolled
flatten it lightly
spread like a chapati
Placeit on hot tawa and cook till top dries a little
flip over, apply some ghee
flip again and apply some more ghee
cook till golden
Serve
Dont forget to top it with some more ghee when serving..
