Healthy Cabbage Soup Recipe with step by step picture. This is made with Vegetables and Pepper to taste.

    Cabbage Soup

When you are dieting having lots of soups really helps in boosting the weightloss. So when i looked online for healthy diet soup recipes i came across this cabbage soup diet plan which was quite popular. It is a 7 day diet plan program, and you have to be dieting on fruits, veggies along with this soup. So i took the soup recipe alone from there and made it and enjoyed it for lunch.

This soup has lots of veggies in them, and it is packed with lots of fibre which keeps you full for a very long time. So it is good when you are dieting.I made this as a veg version, but will soon share a non veg version of it as well.

Hi Arrthi- if you are going for a “diet” – that is a balanced way of intake of food – go with regular exercise (good if you are following one). It would be more beneficial if you avoid completely the “carbs” intake like rice and chapathi and replace with less complex carbs - this will give you a major impact. I followed this for 2 years and lost 40kgs of weight and of course with strenuous exercise. Honestly google something called "PALEO DIET" for best results - to follow "cave mans" diet. Anyways, continue and Keep up the good work!
