    Hello Aarthi!

Many many thanks for posting your recipes! I always turn to your blog when I want to learn how to cook something new.

Regarding this recipe of Vegetarian Biryani – yogurt is written down in the instructions, but I cannot find it in the ingredients. How much yogurt should I use?

    Thank you, Aarthi!

Why to dum cook by placing the sealed pot over a tava and not directly over the stove? Any specific reason to do so ?
