    Italian Salad Dressing Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Parsley, Honey and Olive Oil.

    Italian Salad Dressing

    The dressing which you use in salad makes it wonderful. There are so many salad dressing which taste just yummy. I will be soon share the various version of it. This is my first and favourite salad dressing. It is a light olive oil based dressing with lots of herbs in them and is just yum.

    CHICKEN SALAD...I used this dressing in this wonderful salad. Take a look at it.

    Ingredients for Italian Salad Dressing

    • Olive Oil - ½ cup
    • White Wine Vinegar - 3 to 4 tbsp
    • Garlic - 1 chopped very finely
    • Shallots - 1 chopped very finely
    • Honey - 1 tbsp
    • Red Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Dried Oregano - ½ tsp
    • Dried Marjoram - ¼ tsp
    • Parsley - 1 tbsp chopped very finely

    How to make Italian Salad Dressing

    1. Take oil and vinegar in a bowl and whisk till it is emulsified. Now add all ingredients and mix well. Store it in a air tight bottle, shake before use.

    Italian Salad Dressing Recipe step by step picture 

     
    Take all your ingredients
    take oil in a bowl
    add white wine vinegar
    use a whisk to mix it
    so the oil and vinegar will emulsify
    now it is mixed
    add honey
    mix well
    add in chopped shallots
    add in garlic
    mix well
    add in salt, chilli flakes, oregano, marjoram, pepper
    mix well
    add in chopped parsley
    mix well
    done
    store in a air tight container
