I always love to share useful website with you all whenever i come across any, This is my new discovery, IndiaListed.com. It allows you to buy or sell anything in your community. You can search across this website to find used cars, cell phones and many other in a single click. So if you get some time just check their space.

Now coming back to today’s recipe. It is a thogayal, if you are not familiar with this, this is a thick form of chutney which taste best when served with plain rice, kanji, puliyogare, Andhra Puliyogare or lemon rice. You can even serve it with idli or sponge dosa.

This is my perimma’s recipe. She once made it and brought it to our house. I tasted it and it was amazing. The next day i ringed her and asked for the recipe and tried it out. This recipe calls for lots of curry leaves, because that makes it so tasty and flavourful.

If you are in diet, you can reduce the amount of coconut and increase the gram dal mixture. So give this a try and let me know what you think.

@Deepthyno since it has coconut, it has to be kept in fridge. and it will last for a couple of days.
